Seeley's Apple Crisp

8 Cups tart apples (sliced and peeled)1 Cup Sugar1 Cup Flour2 Tablespoons waterTopping:1 1/2 Cups raw oats2 Tablespoons ground cinnamon1 1/3 Cups Brown Sugar (packed)1/2 teaspoon salt1 Cup Butter (16 Tablespoons)
Mix 8 Cups sliced, peeled apples, 1 Cup sugar, 1 Cup flour, and 2 Tablespoons of water in large bowl.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In second large bowl mix, 1-1/2 Cups raw oats, 2 Tablespoons ground cinnamon, 1-1/3 Cups brown sugar (packed), and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Cut in 1 Cup butter until crumbly.
Spread Apple mixture into 9x13 pan/baking dish
Sprinkle oat mixture over apples.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes (until apples are soft and liquid is bubbling).
Makes approx. 15, 1/2 cup servings.
