Flourless Chocolate Chili Cake with Cloves

200 grams 85% dark chocolate6 medium eggs, room temperature1/2 cup butter1 cup sugar or other sweetener (recipe with sugar)1 tsp chili powder - to tasteA dash of any other spice that suits you - cloves, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg are good.
Preheat oven to 350F
Melt chocolate with butter and spices over a bain-marie/double boiler or in the microwave. DO NOT LET IT BURN.
Whisk eggs with sugar
Slowly whisk chocolate into egg mixture - do not add too fast or chocolate will seize and eggs will scramble.
Add a pinch of salt and more spices, to taste.
Bake for 22-25 minutes. Turn off oven and let it stay in there until dinner is over so it can be served warm.
