Ginger Pork Stir Fry

Ingredients
12 oz of lean pork (pork chop or whatever cut you want)2 cups fresh Bok Choy chopped or shredded5 medium Scallions chopped2 cups raw celery diced2 cups of Broccoli mostly tops chopped2tbsp Grated Ginger Root4 cloves of garlic2tbsp soy sauce2 packets of Rice Expressions Organic Brown Rice
Directions
Brown pork in deep frying pan, I season mine with Wild Tree Steak Rub it has salt/pepper garlic and other spices. When done take pork and shred it , put it back into the frying pan and stir in the Grapeseed Oil, Soy Sauce, Ginger, Garlic and Brown Rice. Saute for a couple mins then add the remaining ingredients. Simmer to desired texture. I like to sprinkle a little sea salt on top. Makes 6 2 cup servings
