Ingredients
Directions
1 1/2 cups flour2 cups milk2 eggs1 tbs sugar1/2 teaspoon baking powder1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon vanilla2 tbs butter, melted
Combine all dry ingredients, & then add wet.
Use a hand mixer to get all smooth~ heat a small fry pan very hot & add a little butter.
Pour scant ladle-full into hot buttered pan~ twirl so batter reaches all sides, the edges will be lovely & lacy.
When the batter is almost set, flip & brown the other side.
Flop onto plate & enjoy with honey, or syrup of your choice.
