*Platinum Hydro Whey, 2 scoops Heavy Whipping Cream, .50 cup Sucralose (like Splenda), 10 tspWestbrae, WestSoy Soy Slender Soymilk Vanilla, 6 cupsEgg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1.5 cupGrated nutmegReal vanilla extractdash of cinnamon if desired
Whisk all ingredients together -- add vanila and grated nutmeg to taste. Most of the ingredients can also be adjusted to taste without chaning the carb count significantly. The servings are generous size cups, if you use a small cup it will make more servings with fewer carbs per serving -- Chill and enjoy!!
