Charlie Foundation Chocolate Brownies

1gm Baking Powder - Calumet (Kraft)3gm Splenda - No Calorie Sweetener, Ganular (McNeil)6gm Cocoa, Hershey's (unsweetened)50gm Egg - raw, mixed well14gm Chocolate, Bakers Unsweetened Squares17gm Butter16gm Coconut Oil34gm Flaxseed Meal (whole ground flax seed)45gm Coconut Flour3 tbsp Sour Cream
Directions:
1. Melt the butter, Bakers Unsweetened Chocolate and coconut oil in a small pan (or microwave). Cool for 2 minutes then stir in mixed egg.
2. Mix together dry ingredients.
3. Stir melted mixture into dry ingredients, then mix in sour cream until well blended.
4. Make a foil pan with a 12 inch piece of foil, fold foil in half (shortwise) then create a small pan with approximately 1 inch sides.
5. Spread mixture into foil pan; you do not need to grease the foil pan.
6. Bake for 12-15 minutes in a preheated 325 degrees oven.
Makes 10 serving with 3.3 gram non-fiber carbs.

This sounds fab! But I'm one of those baker/cooks who knows cups,#'s and spoons. All this weight in grams is too time-consuming for me. But it does sound yummy! - 12/12/10

Yes, it was for me too. but then I noticed they had changed the recipe from US measures to grams. 1 large egg is 50g, 6g cocoa is about a tablespoon, 14g baker chocolate is half a square. If I make it again I will translate from grams. But it wasn't very good, so I am going to take it down.
