5 - 4 oz chicken breast1 24 oz box pomi chopped tomatoes1 tbsp tomato paste1 green pepper , cut into strips1/2 red pepper, strips1 onion sliced1 tsp minced garlic1/2 cup water1 tbsp olive oil1 tsp black pepper1 tsp or more to taste, italian seasoning1 tsp red pepper flakes1/4 cup fresh basil chopped. 1 portabello mushroom cap, cut into chunks
place peppers, onion and garlic into slow cooker.
place chicken on top.
add seasoning and basil
add oil
add tomatoes and paste
add water
cook in slow cooker on high for 2 hours...add mushroom, continue cooking for another 2 hours.
