Ingredients
2 cups Broccoli, Chopped1/2 Stick unsalted butterOne large onion, chopped2 cups chicken stock4 cups 2% Milk1/2 cup Heavy Whipping cream
Directions
Brown onion in butter. Add broccoli, cheese and chicken stock. Bring to boil. Add milk and cream, bring back to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Makes 12 one cup sevings.
