Chicken Satays with Spicy Mustard Sauce

4 tablespoons of Red Monkey Stone Ground Spicy Mustard Seasoning (separated)1 cup apple cider vinegar½ cup honey2 pounds of chicken breast½ cup olive oil½ cup ketchup1 tablespoon of adobo sauce1 tablespoon of dark molasses12 to 14 skewers
Combine 3 tablespoons of Red Monkey Stone Ground Spicy Mustard seasoning with cider vinegar and honey for a marinade. Cut chicken into long strips, about 5 to 7 per chicken breast. In a Ziploc bag add chicken and marinade and let marinate for 30 minutes to one hour. Meanwhile soak wood skewers in a pan of water. Drain chicken and discard marinade; drain skewers. Put chicken pieces onto the skewers and drizzle with olive oil.
Preheat grill to medium heat. Cook chicken on direct heat for 12 to 15 minutes or until fully cooked.
For the Spicy Mustard Sauce mix 1 tablespoon of Red Monkey Stone Ground Spicy Mustard, ketchup, adobo and dark molasses. Let sit for at least 10 minutes.
Serve grilled chicken satays with Spicy Mustard Sauce.
