3 C .rolled oats1/2 C. wheat or oat bran1/2 C. wheat germ1 C. Walnuts, chopped1/2 C. sunflower seeds1 C. raisins!/2 C. pitted dates, chopped1 tsp. cinnamon1/4 C. maple syrup
Preheat oven to 275 degree F.
In a large bowl combine oats , bran, wheat germ, walnuts,and sunflower seeds together. Spread mixture evenly on baking sheet. Bake 15 min. Stir mixture and bake for another 15 min. Transfer mixture back to large bowl and add remaining ingredients. Let cool before storing in airtight container.
