Cheap and easy 'Stroganoff'-like meal

Ingredients
Ground beef, lean, 200 gramsPepper, red or cayenne, 2 tbsp*Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, 1 cup *chilli pepper or crushed pepper, 4 tsp*sugar, table, 1 tbsp*Crushed Garlic, 1 tspWhite Rice, long grain, 2 cup*Cumin - ground (1 tsp), 2 tsp*Vegetable, Mixed, frozen, 1 serving, 2 servingWater, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
Directions
Prepare rice and/or veggies in advance and add near the end. Feel free to add more veggies too, this is a meat & carbs loaded meal as stands! Reduce the hot spice too to suit your palate.

Aside from that, brown the beef in a skillet and then add the spices and you are set in 10-15 minutes! Ensure beef is thoroughly cooked.

Serve on rice with vegetables.

    I think there may be an error with this recipe - 2 TABLESPOONS of cayenne plus 4 teaspoons of crushed red pepper into just 0.5lb of ground beef is going to be way, way too spicy for most people! - 10/12/18
