1 lb lean ground beef; browned, crumbled & drained10 oz (reg can) rotel tomatoes16 oz (reg can) diced tomatoes28 oz (lg can) dark red kidney beans16 oz (reg can) red beans32 oz tomatoe or V8 juiceChilli seasoning, if desiredcayenne pepper or crushed red pepper, if desiredSalt, to tastePepper, to taste
Mix all ingredients in large kettle or crock pot. Heat untile hot and bubbly (or desired temperature).
