Green Smoothie - Lemon Ginger

Ingredients
1 Bunch Kale (about 3 cups)1/4 Bunch Parsley (about 1/2 cup)1/2 Lemon 1 cup frozen fruit (oranges, pineapple & mango is best)2 Tbsp fresh ginger2 banana's 1 cup apple juice3-4 packets steviafill blender with water.
Directions
Put everything in blender and blend until smooth. We have a Vita Mix, so we can fit the whole thing in one pitcher, but if you have a regular blender, you may have to do it in parts.
