Almond Crescents

Ingredients
1 Cup Blue Bonnet Light Margarine1/2 tsp. almond extract1/2 Cup Splenda with fiber1/2 Cub powered sugar2 Cups King Arthur Whole Wheat flour1/2 tsp salt1 Cup quick oats1/2 Cup finely chopped almondsPowered sugar to sprinkle over hot cookies
Directions
Heat oven to 325. Beat maragarine and almond extract until fluffy. Gradually beat in sugar. Add combined flour and salt. Mix well. Stir in oats and almonds. Shape to form crescents. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 15-18 minutes or until light golden brown. Sift powered sugar over warm crescents. Makes about 4 dozen.
