Ingredients
3 Pieces of Wheat Bread, cubed1/2 C Italian Style Bread Crumbs2 Medium Apples, finely chopped - (suggest using 1 tart and 1 sweet variety)2 Stalks of celery, finely chopped1/4 c applesauce (unsweetened) (approximately one "snack cup" size serving)Salt and Pepper to tasteCombine items in bowl and mash with fork until of stuffing consistency. Makes 6 1/2 c. servingsUse to stuff pork chops or just as a side dish!
