Grilled Cheese with Tomato

Ingredients
Tomato: Roma: 1 tomato in slices1 1/2 slice of American Cheese (can opt for low fat cheese or mozzarella)2 slices of whole wheat bread.
Directions
Slice the tomato. Put Extra Virgin Olive Oil on the pan or you can use a panini maker and not use any. Put cheese and tomato on bread and grill. Flip when they are golden brown. I usually have this with tomato soup which is excellent comfort food!
