Another way to do this is by melting parmesan cheese in a non-stick pan -- sprinkle enough parm to cover the pan -- then bake the toppings on the parm base -- it won't need cooking.

Use the same technique to make an elegant, edible basket -- form the melted parm over an upside down bowl. Bob - 4/27/09

I liked this. The edge of the meat got kinda crunchy, but the center was very moist with good flavor. I'll make this again! - 8/4/09

This is an ok idea if you need a new way to serve meatloaf... that is all it is... a flat topped meatloaf. No one in my family ate it we ended up tossing it, and eating tuna sandwiches. - 2/21/08

I tried this for dinner during the Superbowl and even my husband who is picky about these things LOVED it. I did substitute turkey pepperoni for the canadian bacon because I had that on hand. But, wow! Good stuff and healthy too?! - 2/4/08

This is great!!! I used ground up olive oil/rosemary triskets instead of the cereal. It was great. We will have it again. - 12/12/07

Made it for dinner tonight. My family loved it. I added onions, black olives and garlic. - 11/8/07

This turned out great even with the few changes I made (ground turkey sausage instead of beef, rice crackers instead of FiberOne). Finally a pizza I can enjoy totally guilt free. One slice (cut mine in 12 pieces) is very filling for me. Yummy!!! - 9/30/07

Now this sounds like my kind of pizza! I usually only eat the toppings off the pizza as I have a hard time still with breads, pastas, and rices since my bypass...I never thought of doing pizza like this before! I can't wait to try it! - 9/12/07
