Apple & Oat Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup plain flour3 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp nutmeg3/4 cup oats1/4 cup sugar1/4 oil (not olive!)1/3 cup milk2/3 cup stewed apples
Directions
Preheat the oven to 190.

Mix the dry ingredients together, and the wet ingredients separately.

Butter a muffin tin.

Mix the wet with the dry until they are just combined. It makes better muffins if the mixture is slightly lumpy.

Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
Makes 6 muffins.
