Tarator

Ingredients
1 container 500g plain yogurt1 container 500g tab water1 large cucumber peeled and shreded or cubed1 clove garlic3 tbsp sunflower oil2 tbsp fresh dill leaves chopped1.5 tsp salt
Directions
Mix the yogurt and water unil smooth. Add salt schreded or cubed cucumber, crushed garlic, oil and finely chopped dill leaves. Mix well and cool in the fridge. Serve cold as an appetizer. Makes 6 1-cup servings.

NB. Dill can be substituted with chopped parsley and chopped wallnuts could be added.
