Ingredients
8 oz or 4 medium potatoes - chopped (1/2 inch cubes), skins on2T. olive oil1T. paprika (smoked)1T. chili powder1T. salt1T. cumin (powdered)1/2T. salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Spread in a single layer on a sheet pan. Bake at 400F for 40 minutes, stirring 2 to 3 times.
