Flank Steak with Coffee-peppercorn marinade

Ingredients
3 tablespoons strong brewed coffee1 tablespoon rice vinegar1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil1 tablespoon brown sugar2 cloves garlic, minced1 teaspoon whole black peppercorns, crushed1/2 teaspoon salt1 pound flank steak, trimmed of fat
Directions
Mix all ingredients besides steak together. Trim steak, and put in baggie, or shallow dish. Coat and cover with marinade. Refrigerate for 1-8 hours. Discard leftover marinade. Grill on the BBQ to desired done-ness! Let sit for 5 minutes. Slice thinly across the grain and serve! Serves 4!
