4 eggs2 sticks light margarine2/3 C fat free milk1 tsp vanilla1.5 C sugar1.5 C splenda with fiber3 C whole wheat flour3 1/3 C unbleached all purpose flour1/3 tsp salt2/3 C sugar2 tsp cinnamon to roll cookies in
Place in mixing bowl in order lsited. Beat at low speed 1 to 2 min until smooth; scrape down bowl once during mixing. Roll into small balls. Dip cookies in cinnamon and sugar mixture and place on lightly spray cooking pan.
