42 oz. nonfat milk5.3 oz Fage Total 0% plain yogurt
Heat milk to boil (203 F). Let cool completely. Strain milk. Mix yogurt & some of the milk until completely incorporated. Add this mixture to the rest of the milk. Pour milk mixture into yogurt jars & put into yogurt maker. Cook for 8-10 hours. Put in refrigerator for at least 3 hours before consuming.
Makes 7 - 6oz jars.
