Braised Cucumber

Ingredients
1 large cucumber - peeled, seeded and sliced1 Tablespoon of butter1 dash of salt1 teaspoon of lemon juice1 pinch of dried mint
Directions
Peel cucumber and slice in half lengthwise.
scoop out seeds and cut into 1 inch pieces.

Melt butter in a pan and add cucumber. Cover and cook about 5 minutes over medium heat.

Stir in salt, lemon and mint.

Cover and cook another 2 minutes.
