1 banana1/2 cup of plums1/2 of whole milk I use whole milk because I need more fat in diet. Use whatever type of milk you like.
Cut up fruit, add milk, place into blender and blend until smooth

I will give you five stars because bananas and plums are an amazing combination but I have some tips since I have been on the "fattening up" diet before. The saturated fat in milk will encourage bad cholesterol, I would suggest coconut milk instead because it encourages a healthy cholesterol profile - 11/12/13
