Ingredients
1 1/2 kg/ 3 lb. chicken pieces1 onion45 g/ 1 1/2 oz. packet French onion or chicken noodle soup2 tsp. curry powder440 g/ 14 oz canned apricot halves in natural juice1/4 C. / 60 ml. /2 fl. oz. white wine or water
Directions
1. Arrange chicken pieces in a large ovenproof dish. Scatter with onion, then sprinkle with soup mix and curry powder.
2. Combine apricots with juice and wine or water, pour over chicken and mix to combine. Cover and bake for 1 - 1 1/4 hours or until chicken is tender.
