Cream of Tomato Soup

Ingredients
1/2 cup onion, chopped2 Tablespoons butter4 cups pealed and chopped tomatoes, or canned1 cup milk (I use whole, but more calories can be cut if you use 2% or fat free)1/4 cup all-purpose flour2 teaspoons powdered chicken bouillon1/2 teaspoon thyme1/2 teaspoon basil1 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon black pepper, ground
Directions
Saute onion, put everything in blender, then cook in a medium sauce pan until it thickens to desired consistency.
Makes approx. 5 1-cup servings.
