* Fritos Corn Chips (1 oz), 16 serving (remove) * Mixed Nuts, dry roasted, 11 oz (remove) * *Rold Gold Pretzel Sticks, 11 serving (remove) * *Goldfish Holiday Baked Snack Crackers Cheddar, 7 oz (remove) * Butter, unsalted, 1 cup (remove) * Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed (remove) * Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (remove) * Chili powder, 1 tbsp (remove) * Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove)
in a large bowl,combine corn chips,nuts,pretzels, and crackers. In a small sauce pan, bring butter, brwon sugar,garlic powder, and chili powder to boil. Remove from heat,stir in baking powder.Pour over snack mixture and toss and coat.
Transfer to three grease 15x10x1 baking pans. bake at 350 for 10-12 mins. or until lightly toasted. Cool completely on wire racks. Store in air tight containers. Yield 6 quarts,. serving = 1 cup; 24 1 cup servings
