Quick and Easy Black Bean Soup

Ingredients
1 tsp olive oil15 oz can black beans16 oz can refried black beans14.5 oz can chicken broth (can sub vegetable broth to make vegetarian)1 jar salsa
Directions
Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add 1 ½ cups of the salsa and cook, stirring occasionally, for 4 minutes.
Add the refried beans, black beans, and broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Ladle into bowls. Top with remaining salsa, sour cream, fresh chopped cilantro, if desired.
