Pear Crumb Coffee Cake

Ingredients
Cake:1 1/4 C flour1/2 C Splenda2 1/4 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp salt1/2 C 2% milk4 tbsp butter, melted1 egg, beaten2 ripe pears, cored, cut into 1/2" piecesStreusel:1/2 C Splenda1/4 C flour1 tsp cinnamon3 tbsp butter, melted
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Spray an 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray.

For Cake:
Combine first 5 ingredients in medium bowl. In separate bowl, mix milk, butter, and egg. Pour into flour mix. Stir in pears, transfer to pan.

Streusel:
In bowl, mix sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Stir in butter to form crumbs. Sprinkle mix over batter.

Bake 30-35 mins. or until golden and dry on top. Cool completely in pan.
