Aidells Teriyaki Meatballs & Rice

Ingredients
Roughly 1 package of Aidells Terayaki Meatballs2 cups of brown rice1 cup of sliced mushrooms1 medium onion (white or yellow)1 tsp olive oil
Directions
1. Cook rice in rice cooker or on the stove.
2. Slice mushrooms and onions into small pieces.
3. Add 1/2 olive oil to skillet and heat pan.
4. Sautee onions till they are soft, add mushrooms to pan and continue cooking.
5. Add remaining olive oil to another skillet and heat meatballs (they are fully cooked, so they just need to be heated till hot).
6. On plate layer 3/4 cup rice, then the onions & mushrooms and then sausage on the top.
7. Sprinkle soy sauce over combined ingredients.
Makes 4 servings with 3/4 rice, 1/2 cup of onion & mushrooms, and roughly 6 meatballs per person.
