Mock--Dojo's Carrot Tahini Dressing

2 small carrots, 2 tbsp mirin 4tbsp rice vinegar 2-3 tbsp soy sauce 1/2 tsp sesame oil 1/2 tbsp ginger root 1/4 cake silken tofu garlic (1 small piece) 1/2 very small onion salt to tasteAdd a vegetable based oil for desired consistency. (optional)
Directions
Blend all ingredients well in a cuisenart.
