1 (5 oz) can of tuna in water1 Tablespoon Light mayonnaise1 Large Egg2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese2 Tablespoons Bread Crumbs1 Dash of Garlic Powder1 Dash of SaltOlive Oil Spray
Drain Tuna. Blend all ingredients in a medium bowl and form unto patties (5 patties ~ 1.5 oz each). Add Olive Oil Spray to skillet. Brown on both sides. Fry until done.
