Simple Oatmeal Raisin Cookies (Dr. Fuhrman recipe)

2 cups oats1 teaspoon cinnamon4 ripe bananas, peeled1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds, chopped1/4 cup raw almonds, chopped1/4 cup raisins
Makes 18 cookies
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
3. Blend the oats into a flour using a food processor or high powered blender.
4. Place in a mixing bowl and add cinnamon.
5. Puree the bananas in the food processor or blender and add to the oat mixture along with the sunflower seeds, almonds and raisins.
6. Mix until well combined.
7. Place the cookie dough by spoonfuls on the baking sheet.
8. Flatten each cookie slightly.
9. Bake 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
