Guacamole

Ingredients
* 3 Avocados, California (Haas), fruit without skin and seeds * 2/3 cup red cherry tomatoes * Garlic, 1 clove * Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper * Juice of 1 lime yields * * 1/4 tsp. Salt, Redmond Real Salt Sea Salt , * *1/2 tsp. Cumin Powder * 2 tsp. Thyme, ground
Directions
* Mash avocado with fork.
* devine jalapeno and chop finely then add to mashed avocado
* chop garlic finely add to mashed avocado
* add the juice of the lime
*add thyme and cumin
*mix the ingredients together
* cut cherry tomatoes into fours add to avocado mix
* gently mix into the avocado mix
* makes about 10 servings.
