Sweet Potato Souflee-Slimmed Down

Ingredients
2-3 sweet potatoes (enough to make ~2.5 C. puree).5 C Splenda.5 tsp salt6 TBS egg beaters3 TBS I can't believe it's not butter.5 C 1% milk1 tsp vanilla extract~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~.5 C brown sugar (packed).5 C splenda brown sugar blend.5 C wheat flour1 C chopped pecans3 TBS butter (melted)
Directions
Peel, bake and mash the sweet potatoes (can also used canned yams-drained)
Mix together the first set of ingredients with a mixer or potato masher. Pour into a greased casserole dish.

Combine the second set of ingredients until well mixed and crumbly. Sprinkle this on top of the potato mixture.

bake @ 350* for 35 minutes

Makes ~8 servings (I think)
