Chicken Pot Pie in a Crockpot

Ingredients
1 Potato - Diced1 Sweet Potato - Diced4 small carrots - Diced1/2 cup frozen corn2 cups of low sodium chicken broth1 can of fat free cream of chicken soup1.5 lbs of boneless chickenthymerosemarypepper
Directions
This is simple, place all ingredients in a crockpot, and cook for 10 - 12 hours on low or 4 hours on high. When done, you can shred chicken in the pot with a fork. I do this about an hour or two before serving, so the chicken picks up all the flavor.
