Butterscotch Cheerios Bar Cookies - 1-1/2" x 2" square

1 - 3.5 oz pkg butterscotch pudding mix3/4 c. light corn syrup1/2 c. natural peanut butter6 c. Cheerios
Grease a 9"x13" baking pan.
In a large saucepan, blend pudding (dry mix) and corn syrup.
Heat to boiling, over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute.
Remove from heat; blend in peanut butter.
Add cereal. Stir until thoroughly coated.
Turn into prepared pan. (TIP: Use buttered back of spoon to turn into pan.)
Cool. When set (about 30 minutes), cut into 24 squares.
