1 Egg French Toast

Ingredients
1 Large Egg1/4 cup (or less) skim milk1 tsp Vanilla Extract2 Large Slices Bread, any style1/4 tsp Morton Lite Salt2 Tbsp Pancake Syrup2 tsps Smart Balance Buttery SpreadThe measurement for the bread (86 grams) is for two slices, even though it says one. Trust me. I created the serving size to be 43 grams per slice.
Directions
Beat egg with milk, vanilla extract and salt. Drench 2 bread slices in mixture. Cook on griddle. Serve with syrup and Smart Balance.
