SCD Guacamole

Ingredients
1 medium ripe avocadoJuice of 0.5 lemon1 tsp cumin (or to taste)1 tsp garlic powder (or to taste)Dash salt
Directions
Squeeze flesh of avocado into a bowl, and mash with a fork. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into it. Add cumin, garlic and salt, and mash until you like the consistency. I eat the whole thing for lunch, so it is one serving.
