Quinoa Meatloaf

Ingredients
16 oz ground beef2 eggs1 cup quinoa flakes4 Tbsp ketchup1 cup milkSalt, pepper & garlic powder
Directions
Mix all ingredients, shape into loaf on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes, or until no longer pink in the middle. Makes 8 servings.
