Barb's biscuits

Ingredients
2 cups flour1 teaspoon baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 to 1 tsp salt2 TBS butter2/3 cup sour cream, light or non fat1/4 cup skim milk
Directions
Put the flour in a bowl with the soda, salt, and baking powder and cut in the butter. Add the sour cream and the milk and mix lightly. Put out on a lightly floured surface and knead 20 times. pat or roll to 3/4 inch thick. Cut with a floured cutter 10 biscuits. Bake at 450 degrees for 12 minutes.
