GiGis squash casserole

Ingredients
6 to 8 yellow squash sliced & boiled3 to 5 grated carrots16 oz sour creamcan of cream of chicken soup1 stick butter1 cup crushed crackers
Directions
mix all but last 2 ingredients spray large casserole dish layer squash mix several pats of butter crumbs end with crumbs top w/butter pats
bake 350 x1hr until bubbly
