1/2 large or 1 small head of green cabbage, chopped1 chicken breast, cooked and chopped8 green onions, choppedchicken ramen packagesesame seedsslivered almonds2 tbsp sugar1/2 cup oil6 tbsp rice vinegar1 tsp salt & pepper
1. Mix together cabbage, chicken, green onions, sesame seeds, and slivered almonds in a large salad bowl.
2. Crunch up the package of ramen. Open, remove seasoning packet, and spread uncooked noodles over the salad.
3. Mix sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and reserved seasoning packet. I prefer to put it all in a small jar and shake well.
4. Pour dressing over the salad and mix well. Serve immediately.
