2 cups skim milk1/2 cup eggbeaters3/4 cup FF evaporated milk1/4 cup splenda 1tsp vanilla extract2tsp rum extract
Directions
mix all ingredients exept for extracts and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes do not allow to boil
put in ice bath and stir
stir in extracts
