Chocolate Frangelico Cheesecake

Ingredients
5 large eggs, separated15 oz. part skim ricotta16 oz. (2 pkgs) neufchatel cheese2 tbsp Frangelico liquer1/2 cup Splenda2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 325F.
Beat egg whites in a mixer until stiff. Set egg whites aside.
Mix together softened ricotta and neufchatel. Add the egg yolks, Frangelico, Splenda, and cocoa. Mix well.
Fold in the whipped egg whites.
Bake until the center is set, about one hour.
Cool in the refrigerator until cooled and ready to serve.

Garnish with whipped topping, shaved sugar-free chocolate, or berries.
