1 x poached egg,1.5 cups of a tossed salad, add a few Kalamata Olives for spice,Some shaved ham as a garnish,1/3 of a table spoon of balsamic vinegarSalt & pepper to taste.
Mix cos lettuce leaves, cherry tomatoes, carrot cut fine, add kalamata olives pipped, capscium, cucumber all together. Dish out 1.5 cup into a bowl. Poach 1 egg till fluffy (or desired). Place some thin slices of ham at the top of salad and add dressing, then put egg on top. Add salt and pepper to taste.
