Easy Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
2 smallish frozen chicken breasts (the ones I used weighed 13 oz raw and frozen)1/4 c Olive Oil1 - 16 oz bag WestPac Quick'n Easy Combos Noodle Stir Fry(or another 16 oz bag of frozen stir fry veggies)1/2 c Iron Chef Orange Sauce (or roughly 240 calories of your favorite asian sauce-in-a-bottle - I actually prefer a different sauce, this is what I had on hand)2 c cooked RiceSoy sauce to taste
Directions
Pour oil in large frying pan. Cook chicken in oil, on medium heat, until cooked on the outside. Remove from pan, cut into bite-size pieces, and return to pan until done. Add stir-fry veggies. Cook until hot. Remove from heat and add sauce. Mix with rice. Makes 4 servings (roughly 1-2 cups of food).
