Ingredients
1 Large egg1/4 cup vegetables, brocolli, peppers, or your choice (left over cooked veggies, cut up)1 Tbsp. grated cheese, cheddar or your choice (try blends)pinch salt, pepper and spices to taste (I like garlic and onion and bacon bits)
Directions
mix all ingredients in a greased cup
micro for up to one minute, or luntil cooked
Cool a few seconds and serve

Makes one serving

(alternate: bake in oven at 350 degrees F 15-20 min.)
