Jessica's Spiced Apples

Ingredients
3 medium apples sliced, peeled, and diced1/2 cup unsweetened apple juice1/2 tsp. cinnamon1/8 tsp. ground ginger1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until apples are tender. Serve alone, or over pancakes, cakes, icecream, or anything else you can imagine.
